Hoopfest Week

I got to see my Aunt Junie on Fathers Day before she went back home to Florida. It was nice. Yesterday Dad and Annalise surprised me with a new digital camera and in my favorite color too! I love it, it takes such good pictures. Me and Missy and Amanda all went out yesterday to try on bridesmade dresses for Missy's wedding. Found one we all liked and it was the most inexpensive too! Jackpot! This week is also Hoopfest week which means I work a lot and work Hoopfest this weekend. Good money but the work kinda sucks since I'm still sick, but oh well.

Out for the Summer

Moms memorial went well. The animals are adjusting to life nicely and the kittens are getting big enough to need homes. I am almost better from being sick and I recommend everyone to go see the movie The Hangover. It was soooo funny! Didn't pass the math final so I get to try again and if I still don't pass then I have to take the math class over again. Boo. Anyways, hope everyone is enjoying the weather as much as I am with the sun and the awesome storms.

My Mom passed away Sunday June 7, 2009. We are having her memorial Saturday June 13th. I miss her so much. Now I am in the process of moving out of the appartment into my dads house. It is slow going, but its going all the same. I want to thank everyone for all the support and love.
Even with all that going on, I want to make sure everyone still knows to come to the drag show this thursday at 7:30 in blg. 15. I hope to see everyone there and bring lots of friends.

What a May!

So mom has had three chemo treatments now. Its rough going but it's going. Last week my car broke down again and needed a new starter, and lots of stuff readjusted. It was a mess. But thanks to Kirk, my best friend jessica's step-dad, my car is in working order again! Hole in the Sky opened tonight and I must say, I really liked it. Everyone should go. It runs through this weekend and next till the 7th at SFCC building 5. Drag show rehursals are going on as well, and is comming together well. It shows on June 11th at 7:30 for one night only, boys will be girls and girls will be boys! It will be a lot of fun!

My Birthday!

Yesterday was my 19th birthday! I invited a bunch of friends to the Shogun, and it was delicious. pictures were taken, presents exchanged and Dad got to meet my boyfriend. After that I was told to go to Missy's to hang out and when I got there, she had a cake for me. I really liked that seeing as I wasn't expecting to get a cake at all. It was cool. Then Kim brought my friend Jessica over and that was a nice surprise. We played a game and it got late. The rain was terrible but the day was a blast. I have to say it was probably my best birthday!

Yay!!!

Yay! Mom was released from the hospital today. She's doing ok, but not her best. Tomarrow is my 19th birthday and me and my friends are going to the Shogun! I'm excited. It sucks that i have a math quiz on my birthday but at least this chapter is sooo much easier. Can't wait till tomarrow!!!

Drag Show

So I auditioned for the drag show and I'm Bon Jovie and the indian for the Village People. Its totally awsome and I can't wait. And hopefully I won't be failing math soon.
